Since the very beginning we established strong partnerships with our brand clients, supporting a wide range of organisations from established retailers to founder-led brands. Whether emerging or established, we provide the expertise and support needed at every stage of growth.
Step 1 – Share your vision
Submit your complete tech pack and our design team will assist with details like print placement and sizing. After review we’ll provide costing, lead times, MOQ’s and sample pricing.
Step 2 – Your concept brought to life
Within 2-3 weeks you will receive your first sample. Following minor refinements, you will be ready to proceed with your Product Order (PO) placement.
Step 3 – Fabric Preparation
We will now begin preparing your bespoke fabric. Spun directly from selected yarns, fabrics are knitted and dyed in a process that takes around 4 – 5 weeks.
Step 4 – Final Sign off
We always provide a Pre-Production (PP) sample using bulk fabric and trims, for an accurate representation of your final product.
Step 5 – Production
Following PP sample approval, bulk production will commence. The process generally takes 3-5 weeks, dependent on garment complexity. Lead times always reflect the duration of the entire production process, including cutting, artwork manufacture, stitching, quality control checks and packing.
Step 6 – Shipment
We will confirm when the goods are ready for collection and assist you with freight coordination, whether you choose road, sea or air. We provide full support throughout this process in addition to guidance on duties and delivery, coordinating operations with our network of trusted third-party forwarders.
